Christmas order dates

I'm posting all orders first class from now until Christmas. Please order by 6pm on Tuesday 17th December for UK Christmas delivery. I'll get your package in the post the morning after you place your order.

I may be able to deliver last-minute orders if you're in Ludlow (or Leintwardine or Brampton Bryan if it coincides with a trip across to my studio). Please contact me to discuss.

UK delivery charges

Free UK delivery for orders of £40 or more
Orders under £40 – £3.50

Please note: I'm sadly no longer able to ship to Northern Ireland or Europe. New General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) legislation requires me to have an EU-based representative who can vouch for the safety of my products; the cost implications of this are just not feasible. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

International delivery charges

Europe – apologies, I am no longer shipping to Europe or Northern Ireland
Rest of world – £12

Packaging

I use only recyclable and/or repurposed packing materials to lessen impact on the environment. All items are carefully packed so they should reach you in tip-top condition.

Returns

I hope you're delighted with your purchase, but I offer a 30-day returns policy for peace of mind. Drop me a line on shop@mostlyflat.co.uk, and I'll send you the return address.

• If your items arrived damaged or your order is incorrect, return it within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund including initial delivery costs. If an order arrives damaged, please let me know within 48 hours.
• If you've simply changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery date for a refund minus initial delivery costs.
• For an exchange, please get in touch to discuss.
• Return postage is at your expense.

Any returned products must be received by me in their original (resaleable) condition, otherwise I may not be able to issue a refund or exchange. Thank you.
